Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active California state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience delivering SLP services within a school environment preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
- Commitment to professionalism and maintaining student confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and ensure appropriate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
- Manage and maintain assigned cases with consistency and reliability
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and adjust interventions as necessary
- Support inclusive learning by fostering effective communication strategies within the classroom
