Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) license for Washington State
  • Experience with pediatric populations, specifically ages 3-5, strongly preferred
  • Background in school-based practice, developmental preschool, and/or child find evaluation
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and flexible service delivery models valued
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders among early learners and elementary students
  • Conduct individualized evaluations, including developmental and child find assessments
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with educators and families
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy, adapting materials to meet diverse needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and regularly monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and support providers to foster the best outcomes
