Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) license for Washington State
- Experience with pediatric populations, specifically ages 3-5, strongly preferred
- Background in school-based practice, developmental preschool, and/or child find evaluation
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and flexible service delivery models valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders among early learners and elementary students
- Conduct individualized evaluations, including developmental and child find assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with educators and families
- Provide direct and consultative therapy, adapting materials to meet diverse needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and regularly monitor student progress
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and support providers to foster the best outcomes
