Preferred Experience & Credentials:
- Active Texas SLP-CCC certification
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, including experience with school-aged populations
- Comfortable conducting evaluations, delivering direct interventions, handling ARDs, and maintaining thorough documentation
- Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students as assigned
- Administer evaluations, develop and implement individualized intervention plans, and deliver direct therapy
- Complete necessary documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs as appropriate
- Support each child’s communication goals and foster growth in their academic environment
