Ready to take your Speech-Language Pathology experience into a rewarding school-based setting? ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated monolingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Austin, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning in August 2026.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced school-based SLP or a clinician looking to transition from a clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, hospital, or pediatric setting into education. You'll work alongside educators and related service professionals to help students develop the communication skills they need to thrive academically and socially.

Monolingual caseload
Caseload and school assignment based on district needs and experience
Collaborative special education and multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide clinical recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
CCC-SLP preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
Monolingual English-speaking clinician
Ability to provide onsite services in a school setting
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Clinicians transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, hospital, or pediatric settings are encouraged to apply
