Assignment Highlights:
- Immediate, in-person SLP role (.5 FTE, 2.5 days/week through May 2027) supporting 2+ schools, with a caseload of 20–25 students, changing sites across the academic year.
- Full-time position (starting January 2027 for SLP or SLPA) supporting 40–45 K–8 students at two different school sites (Aurora Frontier K-8 and Vista PEAK Preparatory), rotating mid-March.
What you’ll need:
- Current Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License with Speech Pathologist Endorsement (or Speech Pathologist Assistant endorsement for one position)
- School-based experience (preferred)
- Must complete background check and fingerprinting with the district
- Desire to work in dynamic, culturally rich environments
Daily responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
- Adapt to varying caseloads and school environments
