Step into an impactful role as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working with young learners in a supportive and collaborative educational environment on a contract basis. This opportunity near Auburn, WA, is perfect for a dedicated professional eager to make a significant difference in the lives of PreK students over the full school year.

In this position, you’ll enjoy a three-day workweek with a .6 FTE schedule, allowing for a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. You'll work closely with students, families, and educational teams to support early intervention and development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid Washington State SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience—or a keen interest—in working with PreK populations in a school setting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to PreK students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Engage in assessments, progress monitoring, and data-driven documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
