School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Tacoma, Washington

What you’ll need:
- Active Washington State SLP licensure OR eligibility and willingness to obtain it
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification for Washington, or willingness to acquire
- Fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction), or ability to complete this requirement
- SLPA-CCC certification
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting (K-12 experience especially valued)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support a variety of communication disorders in a diverse student population
What you’ll do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services onsite to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records following district and state guidelines
- Provide support and education to staff and families regarding students’ communication needs
