Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP License required
- CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted
- Demonstrated experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services for elementary students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders within the school setting
- Consult and coordinate with teachers and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for each student’s progress and treatment
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in team-based decision making
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain state licensure and expand skillset
This contract position offers 40 hours per week across 5 days, focusing exclusively on one campus. You’ll enjoy highly competitive compensation between $45 and $50 per hour, paid weekly.
