Required Qualifications:
- Valid and current state certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist for school settings
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in school-based practice is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and adolescents of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Willingness to work on-site; remote options are not available for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and treatment services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights to multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to each student’s unique challenges and goals
- Provide consultation and resources to families and educational staff, promoting inclusive support strategies
