Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible California state licensure as an SLP (either CCC or Clinical Fellow—CFY welcome)
- Recent experience in a school setting, preferably elementary level
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enjoy working with diverse student populations and collaborating with teachers and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in groups
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders and delays
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals in partnership with school teams
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings as a key team member
- Maintain accurate records and data for student progress
- Collaborate with general and special educators to support students across school settings
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and success
