Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in pediatric or school-based speech-language pathology
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently—no SLPA support for this caseload
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for elementary students
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress and maintain thorough records
- Provide consultative support to staff and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
Compensation & Benefits:
