- Strong capabilities in assessment, documentation, and managing caseloads
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a commitment to supporting students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with a range of communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with state and district requirements
- Collaborate with educators, multi-disciplinary teams, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary staff meetings, and relevant school activities as required
