Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative teamwork
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver screening, assessment, and treatment for students with communication disorders in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and integration in the classroom
- Maintain timely documentation and accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Engage in IEP meetings, contribute to intervention planning, and monitor student progress
- Educate staff and families about communication strategies to reinforce student success
- Provide direct and consultative services as needed, adapting your approach to meet diverse learners’ needs
