Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active Illinois SLP license
- Professional Educator’s License (PEL) through ISBE for work in Illinois schools
- Experience in school-based or therapeutic day school settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of about 20 students
- Engage in both direct and consultative services according to IEPs and student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Adapt to both onsite and virtual service models as needed
