Speech Language Pathologist in Riverside, CA
Step into an impactful role supporting elementary learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near Riverside, CA. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted)
- Interest or experience with elementary caseloads
- Familiarity with auditory-oral DHH approaches and working with students on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to create the best outcomes for students
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
- Provide guidance to staff and families to support each student’s communication needs
