- Professional licensure in Illinois (or eligibility)
- Experience working with 9th–12th grade students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Efficient caseload management for up to 30 students
Position Highlights:
- Serve high school-aged learners across grades 9–12, tailored to their speech and language needs
- Flexible scheduling: select any three workdays per week, with Tuesdays as a required day, and hours from 8am–3pm
- Deliver comprehensive therapy services, including assessments, IEP meetings, and progress documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Implement evidence-based strategies, adapting plans to individual goals and abilities
- Maintain thorough, timely records and participate in regular team meetings
