Qualifications
- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and Professional Educator License (PEL), or eligible
- Bilingual Spanish speaker (required)
- Preferred 1–2 years of SLP experience; open to SLP-CFYs
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and skilled at problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver therapy for elementary students at one schoolsite, addressing communication, assistive tech, and social language needs
- Evaluate, diagnose, and assess students aged 2–22 with varying disabilities
- Write comprehensive assessment reports, maintain IEP objectives, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with parents, team members, and educational staff
