Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a large, student-focused school district in the Anoka, Minnesota area for the 2026–2027 school year. These are full-time, onsite positions serving elementary-aged students across multiple school locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language evaluation, assessment, and treatment services to students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with district and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Minnesota school-based certification/credentialing requirements as applicable.
- Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.72 to $63.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
