Multiple onsite, part-time opportunities are available for skilled SLPs—including strong Clinical Fellows ready to launch their careers. You'll collaborate with a welcoming and multidisciplinary team serving varied caseloads across several schools, allowing for a diverse and engaging professional experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Minnesota SLP license with dual certification in good standing (PDF required for submission)
- CCC-SLP credential preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) with appropriate supervision
- Experience or practicum in K-12 educational settings is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Serve one or more schools (Northdale MS, Hamilton ES, Mississippi ES, Rum River) with varied weekly hour allocations (ranging from 0.3 to 0.7 FTE per site)
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered culture
