School Speech Language Pathologist - Anoka, MN
Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Anoka, MN for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple part-time roles are available, and the district welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs). This is your chance to provide meaningful intervention and make a difference across several school settings. Start August 25, 2026, with students returning September 8, 2026, and continue through June 10, 2027.
You’ll be providing services across multiple sites, including middle and elementary schools, with full support from special education teams. Flexible Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) assignments allow you to tailor your schedule for optimal work-life balance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license (PDF copy required), with visible dual certification
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligible Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent time management, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to diverse caseloads, supporting student communication needs
- Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized strategies
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district standards

Caseload assignments will range across Northdale Middle School (0.4 FTE), Hamilton Elementary (0.5 FTE), Mississippi Elementary (0.7 FTE), and Rum River (0.3 FTE)—providing variety in your workweek.
