School Speech Language Pathologist - Anoka, MN
Step into a rewarding contract position supporting K-12 students as a school Speech-Language Pathologist. Multiple onsite, part-time roles are available for certified SLPs—including opportunities for Clinical Fellows (CFs). Anticipated start is late August, with the academic year concluding in early June.
These roles are offered at several school sites, including middle and elementary campuses, with FTE distribution as follows: Northdale (0.4), Hamilton (0.5), Mississippi (0.7), and Rum River (0.3). Hours are Monday through Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week, providing consistency throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license with dual certification highlighted
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; open to CFs
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience desired
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs

- Deliver speech/language therapy and engaging interventions across K-12 settings
- Assess and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
