Multiple positions are available for certified SLPs, as well as qualified Clinical Fellows (CFs).
Key Qualifications:
- Valid MN SLP license with dual certification clearly displayed (required; attach as PDF)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience with school-aged students or relevant pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in elementary school settings across multiple locations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team initiatives
- Provide consultative support to teachers and staff, helping to foster inclusive educational environments
This position offers a full-time weekly schedule (37.5 hours: Monday through Friday) and the opportunity to begin supporting students with the start of the school year. The assignment runs through the academic year, allowing you to build meaningful connections and make lasting impacts.
