Key Qualifications:
- Active MN SLP license with dual certification (must provide PDF copy)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows
- Experience in K-12 school settings advantageous, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a school-based caseload across multiple sites (Northdale Middle, Hamilton Elementary, Mississippi Elementary, and Rum River)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success
- Maintain ongoing documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary teams
