This opportunity offers full-time, onsite roles across various elementary schools, perfect for experienced SLPs with their CCC as well as Clinical Fellows seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative, educational environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Minnesota SLP license with dual certification clearly documented.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility (CFs welcome).
- Previous experience in K-5 school settings preferred but not required.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload and adapt to various student needs.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency challenges.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families.
- Maintain detailed student records in compliance with legal and district standards.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to promote students’ academic and social growth.
- Support school initiatives and participate in relevant meetings or professional development.
- Serve as a communicative bridge between school staff, students, and caregivers.
