You’ll be instrumental across several elementary schools, each with its own full-time equivalent opening. Work collaboratively with dedicated teams to foster communication, language, and speech development in school-aged children.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Minnesota SLP license, with all necessary dual certifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to CFs ready for supervised fellowship
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Knowledgeable in assessment, intervention, and IEP development for K-5 students
- Engaging communication style and teamwork focus
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Conduct thorough assessments and document services in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, family members, and other professionals
- Maintain detailed, timely records and participate in regular meetings
- Rotate between local elementary schools as needed, managing your dedicated caseload
