Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Burnsville, MN

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP licensure for Minnesota and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics; teletherapy experience is welcome
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for supporting diverse learners
- Ability to provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy
- Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusivity in an educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-8 students, most receiving 20-minute sessions twice a week
- Evaluate communication needs and develop individualized goals

- Utilize technology when appropriate to support student engagement
- Support students with varied backgrounds and communication profiles
