This role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking flexibility and the ability to make a direct impact—whether you are already fully credentialed (CCC-SLP) or are a Clinical Fellow (CF) eager to gain valuable school-based experience.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 20 K-8 students, each receiving 20 minutes of service twice weekly
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support your students’ educational journeys
- Document progress, plan sessions, and contribute to IEPs as needed
- Enjoy the option for both onsite and teletherapy service delivery
- Participate in school meetings and contribute insights as part of a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric and/or school-based experience highly valued
- Aptitude for working in teletherapy settings is an asset
- Collaborative communication style and passion for supporting diverse learners
