Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC required)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education requirements
  • Compassion and adaptability when working with diverse student populations of varying ages

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
  • Deliver direct therapy services individually and in group settings, in-person within the school
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for student records and progress reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
