Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC required)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education requirements
- Compassion and adaptability when working with diverse student populations of varying ages
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in group settings, in-person within the school
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for student records and progress reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
