Desired Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Must possess a valid Georgia Educator Certificate
- Recent graduates (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school settings, particularly with ASD and severe populations, highly desirable
- Comfortable working onsite; this is not a remote position
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy to elementary-age students with autism spectrum disorder and those in severe/profound classrooms
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and family conferences
- Maintain accurate documentation for progress monitoring and Medicaid billing
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for students to reach their communication goals
