We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Albany, Oregon for the upcoming school year. This opportunity is ideal for experienced school-based clinicians as well as new graduates looking to begin a rewarding career supporting students' communication and academic success.
The SLP will work with a K-12 mixed caseload, providing direct and indirect speech-language services, conducting evaluations, managing IEPs, and collaborating with educators and families.
Position Highlights
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Part-Time candidates will also be considered
- School-based setting serving K-12 students
- Average caseload of 60-80 students
- Work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Administer formal and informal assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Manage and monitor student caseloads
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings
- Complete required documentation and progress reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
- Serve as the primary case manager for assigned students
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- New Graduate SLPs are encouraged to apply
