Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Previous experience working as an Autism Specialist in educational environments
- Background in case management with a focus on supporting students with autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for student development
- Ability to assess student needs and adapt interventions accordingly
- Relevant certification or licensure for working in school-based settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource for autism-specific classroom strategies and accommodations
