- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans.
- Credentialing or certification relevant to autism specialization or case management is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student strengths and areas for support.
- Develop, monitor, and revise IEPs in collaboration with educational teams.
- Provide direct and consultative support for teachers and paraeducators.
- Offer guidance and training to staff and families regarding best practices in autism intervention.
- Manage and document student progress, ensuring compliance with district and regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as a primary contact for case management, coordinating related services and interventions.
