Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist in Oakville, WA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Washington State SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Passion for serving students with special education needs and supporting their families
- Proficient in assessment, evaluation, and effective consultation techniques
- Strong knowledge of special education processes, procedures, and disability classifications
- Capability to embrace humor and create a collaborative, uplifting atmosphere
- Proven skills in rapport building with students, staff, and families
- Expertise in effective, two-way communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders within the school setting
- Design and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families for coordinated support
- Complete required documentation for IEPs and compliance
- Foster student engagement through creative, student-centered approaches
