Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist - Jefferson City, TN

Candidates should possess:
- Current Tennessee SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with school-aged children, particularly ages PK–1st grade, preferred
- Strong knowledge in implementing IEPs, evaluating speech/language disorders, and developing treatment plans
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of 55 students efficiently and effectively
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students in need of speech/language therapy
- Creating and implementing individualized therapy plans that align with student IEPs
- Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Maintaining detailed, up-to-date records in accordance with school and district policies
