Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Corryton, TN

Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Tennessee SLP licensure required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Experience in school-based or healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for young children
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in PK through Grade 1
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
- Offer consultation and training to staff and caregivers as needed
