Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Morristown, TN

Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Active Tennessee SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Prior experience in pediatric and school settings preferred
- Strong foundations in SLP healthcare practices and therapy delivery
- Effective communication and organizational skills for collaborative teamwork
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students PK – 1st grade
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and relevant goals
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate case documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
