Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans based on current assessment and best practices.
- Document patient progress, adjusting therapy as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Emphasize compliance with federal and state regulatory guidelines, licensure, and accreditation standards.
- Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists as a vital member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Prior experience in acute care or hospital-based therapy environments.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
