School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Wilmington, Massachusetts

This onsite, contract position offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact with young learners.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Massachusetts SLPA license or appropriate state credential
- Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly preferred
- Capable of adapting to varied student needs and different school environments
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ready to fulfill a temporary leave coverage role from September 29 through December 23
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy support under supervision of a licensed SLP
- Work with students in kindergarten through 5th grade
- Implement individualized student programs and adjust activities as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
- Engage with teachers, staff, and parents to support student communication goals
- Travel between elementary school buildings as required by the caseload
