School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Lowell, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLPA license or equivalent state credential (required)
- Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow professionals
- Flexible, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to student support
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-5 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Maintain accurate session documentation and track student progress
- Support classroom teachers and provide resources to further students’ communication skills within academic settings
- Participate in team meetings and respond constructively to feedback and guidance
