Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLPA license, or relevant state credential
- Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred
- Flexibility to work across different elementary school buildings
- Commitment to fostering a positive, engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy support to students in grades K-5 under supervision of licensed SLPs
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop student-centered interventions
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Adapt to varied schedules and needs across elementary settings
