Desired Experience & Skills:
- Active SLPA license required
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English preferred for one position; required for three
- Previous experience in educational settings is advantageous
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under supervision
- Support speech-language pathologists with assessments, documentation, and IEP implementation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation
- Adapt to various caseloads across multiple school sites
