Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Oceanside, CA

Seeking both SLPAs who are bilingual in Spanish and English (required for three of the positions, preferred for one), you’ll become an integral part of a collaborative team, providing therapy services to students across school sites and grade levels.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to dynamic school environments
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for three positions, and preferred for one
- Passion for supporting and empowering students to reach their potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and session notes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive student care
- Support a diverse range of caseloads, with a full-year commitment
