Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Escondido, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure or certification is required
- Prior experience supporting K-12 students in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are required for most roles; at least one position does not require bilingualism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ individual needs and growth
Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language programs under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Provide direct services to students according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and the IEP team to foster communication success
- Document sessions, progress, and support materials in compliance with school requirements
