Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license in Washington (or eligible for licensure)
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans created by supervising SLPs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with developing speech, language, and communication skills as directed by the SLP
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document progress
- Provide services to individuals or small groups in classroom and pull-out settings
- Maintain clear communication with teachers, parents, and SLP supervisor
- Support speech-language therapy activities and help maintain instructional materials
