School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Everett, Washington

Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Washington state licensure or eligibility as an SLPA
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Provide support during therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
- Document student progress and assist in maintaining accurate records
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities tailored to individual student needs
- Work closely with teachers and families to facilitate carryover of communication strategies in classroom and home settings
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required
