Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license/certification recognized by California

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under the supervision of an SLP and follow district protocols
Responsibilities:
- Support therapy sessions, carry out treatment plans, and provide interventions as directed by supervising SLP
- Document session notes and progress for assigned caseload
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and district staff
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized communication strategies for students
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
