We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite opportunity offers the chance to support students across a wide range of grade levels while working alongside experienced speech-language professionals in a team-oriented environment.
Position Details
• Full-Time Position
• 35 Hours Per Week
• 5 Days Per Week
• Start Date: August 2026
• End Date: May 2027
• Onsite Only
• One School Site
• Student Population: Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 12th Grade
• Collaborative Team of Four (Two SLPAs and Two SLPs)
• Supportive School-Based Environment
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in providing speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement treatment plans and support student IEP goals
• Work with students individually and in small groups to address communication needs
• Collect data and document student progress during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
• Prepare therapy materials and assist with classroom-based communication support
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications
• Active SLPA License or certification as required by the state
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.68 to $53.68. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
