Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Minnesota Department of Education SLP or SLPA license
- Experience working in school-based settings or with adolescent populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a caseload autonomously and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to middle and high school students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assist with evaluations and contribute to the creation and review of individualized education plans
- Document progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with families, staff, and other service providers
- Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support classroom integration
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to fostering an inclusive and encouraging school culture
