Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP or SLPA License required
- Experience in a school setting preferred, with a focus on middle or high school populations
- Ability to provide speech and language support under supervision and implement therapy plans
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude with students, staff, and caregivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, following individualized education plans
- Work with a diverse caseload of middle and high school students, addressing a variety of speech and language needs
- Assist with assessments and data collection; document progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to integrate supports into the classroom environment
- Communicate with families and participate in IEP meetings to support student success
- Maintain compliance with school policies and federal, state, and local regulations
