Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland SLPA or SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
- Adaptability to varying school settings and student ages (K-12)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions as prescribed for a diverse caseload (exact assignments TBD)
- Support IEP goals and document student progress
- Serve both elementary and high school hours (HS: 7:20–2:40, Elem: 8:30–3:50) as scheduled
- Travel between five local schools in an itinerant capacity
- Cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families
