We partner with school districts to place dedicated SLPAs in supportive educational environments. Whether you're an experienced professional or a new graduate, we provide the guidance and resources you need to succeed throughout the school year.
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
Document student progress, maintain service logs, and complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success.
Prepare therapy materials and assist with classroom-based communication strategies.
Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate and support the implementation of student goals.
Maintain compliance with school district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program.
Current SLPA license or registration in the state of practice.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
School-based or pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently while receiving supervision from a licensed SLP.
